Welcome to TalentBridge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") enable us to provide you with top-tier staffing solutions, job opportunities, and related services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services Overview

TalentBridge operates a dual-sided platform connecting:

  • Client Companies: seeking to hire remote talent, managed teams, or BPO services.
  • Candidates: seeking employment opportunities, freelance contracts, or career development.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice, though we will always strive to minimize disruption to active recruitment processes.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

A. Registration

To access certain features (e.g., applying for jobs, posting vacancies), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

B. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

C. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading job listings or candidate profiles.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files (e.g., infected resumes).
  • Scrape, crawl, or spider any page of the Platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group through our communication channels.

3. Recruitment & Hiring Terms

A. For Candidates

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. TalentBridge acts as a facilitator; the final hiring decision rests with the Client Company, unless you are being hired directly by TalentBridge for a managed service role. You represent that all information in your resume and profile is truthful.

B. For Client Companies

Client Companies agree to treat all candidate data with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Specific commercial terms (fees, guarantees, payment schedules) are governed by the separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed upon improving your account status.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content like resumes and job descriptions), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TalentBridge Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
